Sedona, Arizona, is a dream destination for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to experience the magic of the red rocks. While the hiking trails and scenic views are the main attractions, having a comfortable place to stay and delicious food to enjoy makes the trip even better! During our visit, we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Sedona, which was the perfect home base, and I found some incredible restaurants and cafes that I highly recommend.

Must-Try Restaurants & Cafes
Sedona has an incredible food scene, and I made it a mission to try some of the best spots in town. Here are the restaurants and cafes I dined at—and absolutely recommend!
• Bistro Bar (Located at Courtyard by Marriott Sedona)
If you’re staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, the Bistro Bar is a great option for a quick, delicious meal or a refreshing drink. The menu offers a variety of small plates, salads, and sandwiches, along with a solid selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. It’s a convenient choice if you don’t feel like venturing out for a meal.

• The Hudson – Elevated Comfort Food with a View
If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience with stunning views, The Hudson is a must-visit. This upscale yet casual eatery serves modern American cuisine with a creative twist. Everything we tried was packed with flavor, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or a romantic dinner overlooking Sedona’s red rocks.

• Sedonuts Donut & Coffee Shop – The Best Sweet Treats!
No trip is complete without some indulgence, and Sedonuts Donut & Coffee Shop is the perfect place for that! Their Mini Vortex Almond Bear Claw was absolutely delicious—flaky, buttery, and filled with just the right amount of almond goodness. Pair it with a hot cup of coffee, and you’ve got the perfect morning treat before heading out on an adventure.

• The Secret Garden – A Cozy Breakfast Spot
For a delicious breakfast or brunch, The Secret Garden is a hidden gem. The outdoor patio is charming, making it a lovely place to start the day. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito, which was packed with eggs, cheese, and flavorful ingredients. It was hearty, filling, and the perfect fuel for a day of hiking.

• Mesa Grill – A Must-Try for Dinner
If you’re looking for a great dinner spot, Mesa Grill is a fantastic choice. Located at the Sedona Airport, it offers incredible views, making it a great place to catch a sunset while enjoying a meal. We tried the Chicken Schnitzel and Pork Ribs, and both dishes were outstanding. The schnitzel was crispy and perfectly seasoned, while the ribs were tender and packed with smoky flavor.
