Pat’s King of Steaks & Geo’s Steaks: Trying a cheesesteak sandwich in Philadelphia is an iconic experience that every visitor should indulge in. This beloved local dish features thinly sliced ribeye steak, melted cheese (often provolone, American, or Cheez Whiz), and sautéed onions, all stuffed into a soft hoagie roll. Whether you grab one from legendary spots like Pat’s or Geno’s, or a neighborhood favorite, the Philly cheesesteak offers a true taste of the city's food culture.
